832-Series High-Speed Spindle and Center Grinding Systems

Henninger GmbH, based in Straubenhardt, Germany, produces two core product lines: high-speed spindle speeders and precision center grinding machines. The 832-series spindle speeders increase existing machining center spindle speeds up to 50,000 RPM through maintenance-free internal gear multiplication, enabling high-speed finish machining of small features without dedicated HSM equipment.

The spindle speeders use HSK-A63 and other standard interfaces for direct mounting in existing CNC machine spindles. The sealed, lubricated-for-life design requires no external coolant or compressed air supply, simplifying integration into existing production environments.

Henninger's center grinding machines prepare reference center bores on hardened shafts and workpieces where concentricity and geometric accuracy of the center hole directly affect all subsequent turning and grinding operations. The machines correct oval, scaled, and misaligned center bores left by hardening processes, establishing the geometric reference for the entire downstream machining chain.
