The Robbi Omicron IGU400 is built around a granite machine base that provides low thermal expansion and exceptional vibration dampening qualities for precision internal grinding operations. The machine accommodates up to 4 grinding spindles, enabling internal, external, face, and taper grinding in a single setup without spindle changeover delays.

The Siemens TP 700 touchscreen control provides intuitive programming of grinding cycles with graphical display of wheel paths and in-process dressing compensation. The granite base structure maintains geometric accuracy over temperature variations that would cause measurable distortion in cast iron machine structures, particularly important in grinding operations where workpiece and machine thermal equilibrium is critical.
