KELLENBERGER K100 Universal Cylindrical Grinding Machine

The KELLENBERGER K100 (also designated KELLENBERGER 100) is a high-performance universal cylindrical grinding machine offering both external and internal grinding capabilities on a single platform. The FANUC 31i-B CNC control with 19-inch touchscreen provides intuitive operator guidance through simplified setup procedures and graphical programming interfaces.

The CNC-controlled B-axis with direct drive ensures high positioning accuracy for complex angular grinding operations. Internal grinding spindles with direct drives achieve speeds up to 90,000 RPM for precision bore finishing in hardened components. Center heights of 200 or 250 mm accommodate workpieces across center widths of 600, 1,000, or 1,700 mm.
