Gemini NGM 5-Axis CNC Tool Grinding Machine

The Schneeberger Gemini NGM is a 5-axis CNC grinding machine designed specifically for the serial production of cutting tools. The machine handles end mills, ball nose cutters, high-performance drills, reamers, and profile end mills as standard applications, with the GHP variant adding gear hob profiling capability.

The working envelope covers tools up to 300 mm cutting length and 300 mm diameter with a maximum clamping length of 500 mm. Complete processing includes OD grinding, face grinding, flute grinding, gash grinding, and relief grinding in continuous CNC cycles without manual intervention between operations.
