Production planning and milestone control

Production planning for custom-configured industrial machines is fundamentally different from standard procurement. We define a milestone calendar tied to technical deliverables, production status evidence, and stakeholder approval gates. Variance triggers and escalation paths are agreed in advance with the manufacturer so delays are identified and managed weeks before they reach the shipment window. For each milestone, we specify what evidence is required: dimensional inspection reports, electrical test certificates, functional test videos, or sub-assembly photographs.
