The Sodick AG60L is the best-selling model in the AG sinker EDM series, combining high-speed performance with high-accuracy cavity finishing through Sodick's linear motor drive technology. The linear motors provide instant response and vibration-free electrode movement, critical for achieving fine surface finishes in mold cavities where every surface imperfection transfers directly to the molded product.

Axis travels of 600 x 420 x 370 mm (X/Y/Z) cover the majority of injection mold cavities and die casting die inserts. The 15-inch touchscreen control provides graphical programming of complex electrode paths, automatic orbiting strategies, and multi-electrode sequencing for unmanned cavity finishing cycles.
